A If you have the parcel's logistics number, you can check it on our order inquiry page. If not, please contact our customer service staff and we will contact you as soon as possible.

A Our website supports multiple payment methods, such as PayMe, bank transfer and FPS. Of course, we also support VISA, Mastercard, AE, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

About delivery

Q What shipping methods can I choose?

A We provide SF Express, Kerry Express or agent delivery. If the order reaches the specified number of diapers or agent product amount, you can enjoy local free shipping, otherwise you need to pay the shipping fee of $60-$150 or SF to pay.

Q What other areas can you arrange delivery to?
A We will only deliver to urban areas of Hong Kong for the time being. For remote areas, an additional fee of $50 or more will be required.

Q How long does it usually take to ship?
A Usually, you will receive the product within 1-5 working days after placing the order and confirming the payment.

Q Do you have a return service?
